Fundamental networking knowledge and experience, Knowledge of Center/MCO workstations and peripherals, Experience programming and managing devices through Meraki

What You'll Do.

Provide remote support

Troubleshoot peripherals

Identify software discrepancies

Report to development teams

Assist in incidence response

Tier 1 issue troubleshooting

Identify Voice and VoIP issues

Assist with softphone equipment

Build and manage mobile devices
