You will play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless streaming experience by providing prompt and effective support. ### Key Responsibilities * Offer outstanding customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat, addressing various inquiries related to video streaming services. * Support customers with account management, subscription issues, and basic technical troubleshooting. * Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within CRM systems. * Stay up-to-date with the latest video streaming product information, features, and promotions. * Work collaboratively with the team to enhance service quality and resolve customer issues effectively. * Identify and escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate internal departments when necessary. **Requirements** * Fluent Portuguese language skills (spoken and written) are required; English proficiency is a plus. * Experience in customer service, preferably in video streaming or related technology sectors. * Excellent communication abilities and a strong customer-oriented approach. * Basic technical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting video streaming platforms. * Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team environment based in Greece. * Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. **Benefits** 1.
