Must Have
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance, US Citizenship, 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, 1 or more years' experience as an Administrative Assistant, 1 or more years' experience in program planning, project coordination, or business operations support, Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, Experience working with cross functional matrix organizational structures
Nice to Have
2+ years of experience in the Aerospace Industry, Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Operations, Experience working with US Government customers, 2+ years' experience with program or project management frameworks, Familiarity with risk management and mitigation planning, Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies, Experience working with leadership stakeholders, Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, Experience managing multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
