Full Job Description
Nautilus Solar Energy’s **Portfolio Operations Analyst** will be responsible for supporting the management and operations of Nautilus’ generating portfolio. Using web-based monitoring tools, the **Portfolio Operations Analyst** will ensure Nautilus’ solar sites are performing optimally. This position reports to a Senior Portfolio Operations Manager. **Responsibilities:** * Daily monitoring of Nautilus’ solar power plant performance. * Manage and document plant alerts and cases for follow up. * Organize and process O&M expenses through Netsuite. * Schedule and manage deliverables of preventative maintenance inspections. * Work closely with Nautilus’ Portfolio Operations Managers and O&M partners to continuously improve plant performance. * Support completion of compliance reports for management and financing partners. * Assist in new plant onboarding including document management, data entry and validation. * Support Special projects as needed. * Support RFP processes and analysis for 3rd party Operations and Maintenance (O&M) partnerships. * Support the development of tools, procedures, and business relationships to help decrease Nautilus maintenance costs over time. * Support compliance with applicable warranties. **Requirements** * 2-year degree required, technical degree highly preferred * 1 year minimum of relevant solar management experience preferred. * Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Work hours 8am – 4pm EST and periodic on-call weekends for site monitoring * Ability to work effectively remotely with different levels and functions of the organization as well as with external parties such as banks, lawyers, customers and contractors * Ability to work independently in a team-oriented and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment * Ability to undertake complex tasks * Project oriented with a goal to complete assignments on time * Strong interpersonal, communication, and organ
