Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field, 10+ years of experience in marketing, product management, portfolio management, or related commercial roles, understanding of portfolio strategy, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market execution, Solid analytical and business acumen, with the ability to translate market insights into actions, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization, Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, customer-focused mindset, ownership and execution capability, Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, with a proactive and results-driven mindset

What You'll Do.
Develop and drive portfolio strategies for the CHK area based on market trends
and business priorities to support sustainable growth
Lead product portfolio management across the full lifecycle
including new product introduction
portfolio optimization
and phase-out planning
and competitive analysis to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making
Partner closely with sales teams to develop value propositions
and go-to-market plans that improve commercial effectiveness
Plan and execute area marketing programs and campaigns to increase market visibility
and demand generation
Work cross-functionally with global/regional marketing
and customer service teams to ensure effective execution of portfolio initiatives
Monitor key business metrics such as sales performance
and recommend improvement actions as needed
Identify new growth opportunities in target industries
and channels within the CHK area
Support annual business planning
and strategic portfolio reviews for the region
Ensure marketing activities and portfolio decisions are aligned with regional business objectives and global strategy where applicable
