What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years’ experience required in portfolio management, trading or research in Asian fixed income market, Degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting, command of fundamental and economic analysis
Nice to Have
Experience in either buy-side or sell-side credit research (IG & HY) highly preferred, CFA progression would be desirable but not mandatory, Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other quantitative data analysis methodologies is desirable

Manage Asian fixed income portfolios and client mandates
Perform fundamental credit analysis of corporate and sovereign issuers
Publish internal credit research
Perform macro economic analysis for Asian economies
Generate investment ideas
Conduct company due diligence
Build company financial and factor models
Conduct research meetings
Participate in client meetings
Communicate investment thesis for Asian fixed income
Prepare and update marketing materials

Co-ordinate with other divisions within DWS investment platform; Participate in research meetings; Participate in client meetings
