# Portfolio Manager **Nature of the tasks:** * Responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and services * Allocates resources according to need, defines work packages, reviews deliverables, and ensures quality control, risk analysis as well as daily management and follow-up * Participates in working groups and progress meetings * Manages portfolio planning and resources * Reports progress, risks and potential changes in scope to relevant stakeholders * Assesses change requests and coordinates change management * Ensures that the deliverables fulfil the business requirements of the portfolio * Oversees quality assurance and user acceptance testing * Lead the different project teams, ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience **Requirements:** * Languages: English C1 level; * Degree: Bachelor * Experience: +5 years work experience _**Working at ICF**_ ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants.
