Ensure all projects in the portfolio are delivered in line with expectations; Deliver safely, on time, on budget and to quality; Achieve effective and economical outcomes

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in project delivery, involving a programme of a comparable value, leadership skills and experience managing a team, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure, Familiarity with the industry's safety standards and regulations, Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant field OR suitable level of experience in industry, Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (e. g. AMP PMQ), A good working knowledge of NEC3 and 4 Contracts

preferably within a matrix organisation
What You'll Do.
Accountable for delivery of Renewal and Improvement projects
Report on performance and issues impacting delivery
Responsible for resolution management
Lead a team of Project Managers
Ensure projects delivered safely
on budget and to quality
predictable delivery against annual programme
Unblock barriers for works to be executed
Liaise with project teams
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Develop and maintain relationships with other Asset Delivery Managers and all other relevant teams and clients; Proactively builds knowledge through sharing knowledge, ideas, and expertise with others
Communication Scope
Report to internal and external stakeholders; Prepare monthly reports on portfolio delivery; Presenting these to clients and senior leadership
Process & Methodology
Review all programmes and budget forecasts monthly, Analyse performance trends, Identify issues and risks, Agree reporting level and quality, Review project costs monthly, Advise senior managers through Change Control, Ensure responsibilities and objectives with respect to CDM regulations are met
