2+ years of work experience in financial investment/advisory industry, Deep knowledge of capital markets, Deep knowledge of trade processing and lifecycle, Deep knowledge of middle back-office operations systems, Legal authorization to work in India

What You'll Do.
Perform daily internal verification checks
Ensure client portfolio data is accurate
Ensure data is available within SLAs
Investigate and troubleshoot data pipeline issues
Investigate and troubleshoot data feed processing exceptions
Triage with level 2 and 3 support
Address data related inquiries from clients
Address data related inquiries from Sales and Services
Address data related inquiries from external data providers/partners
Provide assistance to regional counterparts
Maintain team resources documentation
Maintain procedural documentation
Ensure metrics are accurately recorded
Collaborate with Product and Engineering
Identify and implement process improvements
Identify and implement tooling enhancements

The Role Part of the broader Addepar Data Management organisation, the Portfolio Data Ops team is responsible for ensuring Addepar's clients have timely and high quality data. This will include overseeing the processing of portfolio transactions and positions, diligently completing verification checks, and assisting clients with their data support questions. The Portfolio Data Ops group sits at the nexus of Addepar's activity and requires daily communications with financial data providers, clients, and other personnel across the company. IMPORTANT: The working schedule for this position is from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, U. S. business days. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is based on the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
