We have a fantastic Porter / Groundskeeper opportunity available! Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years, our continued success is attributed to our hands on approach to daily operations and our focus on the customer experience. Location: Bexley Exchange - Buford, GA Porter Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $17/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses + 30% Rent Discount Bonus*: Currently Porters are eligible for a $1000 stay on bonus after 90 days and in good standing. (*For the stay on bonus - the recruiter can discuss the details. Stay with us, be awesome, and you receive this great bonus!) Porter Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Who should apply? The Porter role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work.
