Porter

_**Job Description:**_ The Porter is responsible for the upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal. In addition, we offer: * Generous PTO Plan * 401(k) employer match * Referral program * Free on-site parking or commuting support * Hotel discount at various properties * Annual education allowance of up to $1,000 * Residential housing discount after 1 year of continuous employment **What Will You Do?** * Responsible for cleaning and assisting in preventive maintenance and safety of assigned properties. * Report and/or initiate action to correct unsafe conditions or damage to apartment and hotel property. * Perform pressure washing, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing of common areas surfaces. * Remove trash from common area waste bins and trash rooms and deliver to appropriate receptacles and replaces bin liners when necessary. * Wash down and clean trash room and trash chutes on a weekly basis. * Monitor all trash rooms, ensure doors are operating properly and are clean and free of debris daily. * Monitor, maintain, and clean all areas of parking garage. * Monitor dog run and pet waste stations. Empty and clean bins and replenish pet waste bags. * Supply and restock common area amenities such as refrigerators and gym towels. * Safely operate trash compactors, cardboard baler, dumpster caddy, truck and utility hauling vehicles related to trash program. * Move trash and recycling bins in and out for scheduled pickups. * Wipe down and sanitize gym and fitness equipment at regularly scheduled intervals. * Assist with make readies, trash-ou
