Must Have
High School Diploma required, Minimum two (2) year experience, Electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair, Prior experience with cranes required, Good driving record, Valid driver's license, Work off the ground, Travel and work out of town, Frequently lift to 25 lbs, Lift up to 50 lbs daily, Lift to 75 lbs, Lift 100 lbs rare basis, Frequent climbing, Frequent balancing, Frequent stooping/crouching, Frequent overhead reaching, Occasional pushing, Occasional pulling, Occasional kneeling, Occasional crawling, Frequently exposed to heat, Frequently exposed to cold, Frequently exposed to noise, Frequently exposed to heights, Safety sensitive position
Nice to Have
Associate degree in Industrial Electrical and/or Mechanical Technology, Equivalent vocational/technical training and experience
What You'll Do.
Conduct detailed inspection on portal cranes
Conduct detailed inspection on hoists
Troubleshoot electrical issues on-site
Troubleshoot mechanical issues on-site
Troubleshoot structural issues on-site
Manage travel to meet inspection schedule
Report findings of inspection to customers
Consult with customers on repair issues
Consult with customers on safety issues
Offer recommendations for improvement
Recommend corrective actions
Document safety notifications to customers
Produce electronic documentation of inspections
Complete service reports
Complete other required documents
Stay updated on industry codes
Stay updated on regulations
Maintain company-issued equipment
Maintain company-issued vehicles
Maintain company assets
Report deficiencies to supervisor
Follow established safety rules
Follow established safety procedures
Follow customer guidelines
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
