Must Have
Associate's degree, 2-3 years of related experience, Valid driver's license, Working knowledge of engines, Working knowledge of gears, Working knowledge of generators, Working knowledge of hydraulics, Working knowledge of basic electrical, Intermediate computer skills, Experience with Microsoft Office, Knowledge of mechanical equipment, Knowledge of electrical equipment, Ability to manage projects, Ability to coordinate projects, Ability to troubleshoot remotely, Ability to resolve problems remotely, Ability to communicate with crew, Ability to collaborate with crew, Ability to communicate with operations, Ability to collaborate with operations, Ability to communicate with safety, Ability to collaborate with safety, Ability to communicate with vendors, Ability to collaborate with vendors, Ability to communicate with USCG, Ability to collaborate with USCG

What You'll Do.
Ensure equipment is maintained
Coordinate vessel maintenance
Coordinate vessel repairs
Coordinate vessel down time
Assist Chief Engineer
Attend staff meetings
Attend overhaul meetings
Manage maintenance records
Assist with communications
Troubleshoot problems
Train junior engineers
Manage purchasing costs
Control maintenance cost
Communicate IBCO standards
Communicate IBCO policies
Collaborate with operations
Support department activities
Perform special assignments
