What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience working with swimming pool maintenance for at least 1-2 years, especially in hotels, condominiums, or high-standard facilities, Knowledge and understanding of swimming pool systems, filtration systems, chemical systems, and maintenance, Knowledge of swimming pool chemicals and safe usage, Ability to read and understand water chemistry measurements and troubleshoot, Ability to use tools and equipment related to swimming pool maintenance, Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, Ability to solve problems independently and have quick thinking, High responsibility, meticulousness, and punctuality, Service mind and ability to communicate politely with residents, Ability to work under pressure and in various weather conditions, Physically fit, able to work outdoors and lift heavy objects, Honesty, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain resident confidentiality

Maintain and inspect swimming pool and spa systems to ensure readiness
Ensure highest standards of cleanliness and safety
Monitor and adjust water chemistry parameters
Maintain filtration systems
and automated equipment
Perform backwashing of filters and clean skimmer baskets
and surrounding areas
Inspect equipment and systems for leaks
and proper functioning
Coordinate with other technicians or external contractors for complex repairs
Report issues to supervisor
Check safety equipment (lifebuoys
Ensure pool area is safe and free from slip hazards or obstructions
Provide information and guidance to residents on pool usage
Handle complaints or suggestions regarding the pool
Coordinate with other departments (security
Record work activities
Manage inventory of chemicals
