Full Job Description
The Pool & Beach Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at the resort's pool and beach facilities, with a primary focus on cabana guests. This role serves as the main point of contact for guests utilizing private cabanas, ensuring all requests, amenities, and personalized arrangements are executed seamlessly. The position also oversees and coordinates all golf bookings, providing guests with expert assistance in arranging tee times, transportation, equipment rentals, and related golf experiences. The ideal candidate is highly organized, guest-focused, proactive, and passionate about creating memorable luxury hospitality experiences. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Cabana Guest Services Serve as the primary host and liaison for all cabana guests. Coordinate special requests, celebrations, and personalized experiences, including birthdays, anniversaries, and VIP amenities. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the day and proactively anticipate guest needs. Ensure cabanas are properly prepared prior to guest arrival, including amenities, cleanliness, and special setup requests. Maintain accurate records of cabana reservations, guest preferences, and special requests. Guest Experience & Concierge Services Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and service requests. Coordinate transportation, dining reservations, recreational activities, and other resort experiences as requested. Build rapport with repeat and VIP guests by recognizing preferences and delivering personalized service. Resolve guest concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction. Golf Booking Coordination Manage all golf reservations and tee-time bookings for resort guests. Coordinate directly with golf course operations to secure tee times and special requests. Maintain communication with golf operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
