What You'll Do.
greet guests with a warm smile
assist them with poolside needs such as towels
ensure that the pool area is clean
checking the condition of the pool and surrounding areas regularly
reporting any issues promptly
assist the lifeguard team in ensuring that safety protocols are followed
respond to any incidents or emergencies with calm and efficiency
help with the setup and takedown of poolside equipment
ensure that the pool area is always in pristine condition for our guests
support any planned poolside activities or events
manage the supply of towels and other poolside amenities
ensure they are always available and neatly presented
arrange lounge chairs and umbrellas with care
keeping the space tidy and aesthetically pleasing
be proactive in offering assistance to guests
answering any questions they may have about the pool facilities
ensuring they feel welcome and well cared for
