1+ years of hospitality experience is a plus, A friendly and welcoming demeanor, with a passion for making guests feel comfortable and cared for, A proactive approach to guest service, always looking for ways to enhance the poolside experience, Strong communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with guests and team members, Attention to detail, ensuring that the pool area is always clean, safe, and well-presented
What You'll Do.
Greet guests with a warm smile
Assist guests with poolside needs such as towels
Ensure guests have everything they need for a relaxing time by the water
Ensure that the pool area is clean
Check the condition of the pool and surrounding areas regularly
Report any issues promptly
Assist the lifeguard team in ensuring that safety protocols are followed
Respond to any incidents or emergencies with calm and efficiency
Help with the setup and takedown of poolside equipment
Ensure that the pool area is always in pristine condition for our guests
Support any planned poolside activities or events
Help to create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests
Manage the supply of towels and other poolside amenities
Ensure that towels and amenities are always available and neatly presented
Ensure that the pool area is always inviting
Arrange lounge chairs and umbrellas with care
Keep the space tidy and aesthetically pleasing
Proactively offer assistance to guests
Answer any questions guests may have about the pool facilities
Ensure guests feel welcome and well cared for
