What You'll Achieve.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and execution of analytical activities aligned with project timelines; Drive high impact, data-driven recommendations for the development, optimization and transfer of vaccines manufacturing processes to improve right first-time performance, product quality, robustness, cost savings and manufacturability; Ensure timely resolution with effective corrective and preventive actions to minimize business impact and keep projects on track; Maintain compliance with GMP and GLP requirements ensuring data traceability and easy retrieval; Ensure a safe laboratory working environment and inspection readiness of the laboratory

Must Have
Current student enrolled in Diploma from an accredited local polytechnic, preferably in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent, Must be enrolled at a SG Polytechnic for the duration of your internship and doing a credit-bearing internship, Written and spoken fluency in English, Technical competency and laboratory skills in pharmaceutical sciences/ biological sciences/ chemistry, and analytical sciences, Enjoy working in a laboratory environment and thrive in activities related to analytical troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause analysis to meet business needs, Excellent inter-personal communication skills, enjoy working and collaborating cross-functionally and across global teams, Curious, agile, adaptable to change and able to work under time pressure
What You'll Do.
Support routine laboratory operational tasks
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and execution of analytical activities aligned with project timelines
Liaison with external vendors
Support the generation of analytical data of drug substances/ intermediates
Support troubleshooting of analytical equipment
methods and out-of-trend results
complete and accurate documentation of all laboratory procedures and data
Maintain compliance with GMP and GLP requirements
Support environmental health
safety and sustainability activities for the laboratory
Ensure a safe laboratory working environment and inspection readiness
