As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and maintains a safe online environment for Polish-speaking users. ### Key Responsibilities * Moderate and review user-generated content in Polish, ensuring compliance with community standards and policies. * Accurately classify content and make decisions based on established moderation guidelines. * Identify, document, and escalate inappropriate content or violations to relevant teams. * Offer insights into content trends and user behavior to support continuous improvement in moderation strategies. * Collaborate with colleagues to enhance moderation workflows and processes. * Keep up-to-date with company policies and industry best practices in content moderation. **Requirements** * Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is advantageous. * Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred. * High attention to detail with the ability to consistently apply moderation policies. * Strong communication skills to clearly convey moderation actions and decisions. * Capability to handle sensitive content professionally and ethically. * Familiarity with digital platforms and moderation tools is a plus. * Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural and professional environment. * Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment. **Benefits** 1.
