Full Job Description
POLICY & SUSTAINABILITY INTERNSHIP ABOUT THE ROLE Our Policy & Sustainability team safeguards the integrity of our Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), leads ESG initiatives and reporting, engages with government and industry stakeholders, interact with SkyNRG’s Sustainability Board, and ensures SkyNRG upholds robust sustainability standards. As an intern, in your role you will contribute mostly to the ESG focus area. This internship offers hands-on experience across a broad range of ESG topics in a fast-growing, purpose-driven scale-up. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Impact reporting & ESG disclosures: Support the development of the annual Impact Report and contribute to ESG reporting and disclosures, including GRESB Infrastructure Development Asset Assessment, SFDR, EU Taxonomy, and GHG accounting. - ESG data & investor requirements: Assist in sustainability-related data collection, validation, and analysis to support investor ESG requirements and reporting needs. - ESG strategy, policies & Net Zero: Contribute to the development of ESG policies, overall ESG strategy, and SkyNRG’s Net Zero pathway. - Certifications & continuous improvement: Support B Corp recertification efforts and broader ESG continuous improvement initiatives. - Ad hoc ESG initiatives: Contribute to additional ESG and sustainability projects based on business needs and your areas of interest. YOUR PROFILE You recognize yourself in the following: - Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field enrolled for the full duration of the internship - Background in sustainability, ESG, energy studies, environmental science, or a related field - Strong interest in sustainability and ESG topics - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfortable with technical topics - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Fluent in English - Proactive, curious and comfortable working in a scale‑up environment - Full‑time availability for a 5–6 month internshi
