Must Have
Professional senior with solid experience in articulating public health policy projects, with demonstrated ability to lead articulation initiatives focused on execution and impact., Experience in articulating institutional relationships, including health professionals in public institutions, technical actors, and patient associations and civil society organizations., Profile with strong operational rigor, strategic thinking and ability to articulate multiple stakeholders in complex public contexts, working transversally with internal areas., Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in one or more of the following areas: Public health policies, Interdisciplinary project management, Public management or projects in the public sector in articulation with the private sector, Strategic consulting in health, international organizations, think tanks or health NGOs., Proven experience in structured and compliant interaction with external stakeholders, including patients and civil society., University degree in: Political Science, Public Health, Industrial Design, Law, International Relations, Economics, Public Administration, Health Sciences with a focus on policy / management., Spanish native or advanced and advanced English (excluyente).
Nice to Have
Master's or postgraduate degree in Public Policy, Public Health, Innovation, Project Management, Strategy, Health Policy, Health Economics or related areas.
What You'll Do.
Design and implement public policy strategies for sustainable development of the Argentine public market.
Translate public policy frameworks and system needs into executable projects with a focus on results
Contribute to Pfizer's technical positioning as a strategic partner in public health solutions.
Lead policy projects from diagnosis to evaluation.
Manage complex multisectoral initiatives
Define and monitor execution
and learning indicators.
Build and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders
including technical teams and patient associations.
Interact with technical and operational areas of the public sector
multilateral organizations
Facilitate coordination
remove operational bottlenecks
and ensure initiative execution.
Represent Pfizer in technical forums and project coordination spaces.
Monitor mechanisms and notify the organization of business-impacting elements.
Lead the design and execution of Pfizer's relationship strategy with patient associations
