Full Job Description
We’re looking for a _**Policy Governance Senior Analyst**_ to join our Integrated Compliance Services at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to coordinate Policy Governance services, oversee policy management processes, maintain the operating model for policy and data management, support Policy Sponsors and Managers, and manage the SharePoint repository for policies and key documents, while reviewing and coordinating compliance assessments across stakeholders and driving communication, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements. **Position Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and support Policy Governance Team services. * Oversee policy management processes to ensure compliance with minimum requirements. * Maintain and update the operating model for policy and data management. * Support Policy Sponsors and Managers in governance and compliance activities. * Manage and administer the SharePoint repository for policies and key documents. * Review, document, and coordinate policy compliance assessments across stakeholders. * Drive stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements. **Required Qualifications:** * College/University Degree and/or equivalent experience in Education, Legal, Finance, Business, or related fields * At least 2 years of experience in stakeholder management, process improvements, business writing and process documentation. * Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
