What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10–12 years of global, customer-facing experience in fire protection projects, BE / ME in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering, 10–12 years of mandatory experience in Fire Protection Systems, Proven experience in leading teams of 10–12 members, expertise in BSEN, FM, and NFPA standards, Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to demonstrate leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

What You'll Do.
Lead Fire Protection and Suppression POD efficiently
Achieve required KPIs’ and deliver jobs per Stakeholders’ requirements
Own and drive Squad KPIs
including performance tracking and implementation of corrective countermeasures
Manage case distribution across the squad to balance workload effectively
Execute silo risk mitigation by managing peak and valley workloads
maintaining utilization between 90%–110%
Take end-to-end responsibility for KPI’s
as defined by each region
Ensure timesheet approval and accuracy
Ensure QA/QC adherence
including proper documentation and logging
Identify squad competency gaps and drive required training and upskilling initiatives
Act as the primary interface with internal and external stakeholders
ensuring projects are executed within agreed schedules
and customer technical specifications
Manage and mentor a team of 10–12 designers
