What You'll Do.
Support day-to-day operations
Document processes and procedures
Produce management information
Coordinate management reporting
Assist in reducing aged WIP
Monitor Partner leavers
Report on Partner leavers
Ensure client reallocations completed
Ensure engagement reallocations completed
Provide support for audits
Supply audit documentation
Assist with month-end processes
Chase outstanding approvals
Respond to data requests
Respond to reporting requests
Manage e-billing inbox
Resolve billing issues
Ensure timely billing
Ensure accurate billing
Support service level reporting
