What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree level qualification with experience working in a PMO, project support, or project coordination role, English language – education taught in English or having passed a Secure English Language Test (SELT) to at least level B1 (CEFR) or similar recognised test, Qualification in Project Methodologies and or Agile

Maintain and update central portfolio roadmap
Consolidate project status reports
Monitor project performance against KPIs
Support preparation of governance packs
Track and support consistent recording of risks
Facilitate escalation processes
Monitor project teams follow PMO standards
Support onboarding of new Delivery Leads
Assist with tracking portfolio budgets
Support resource planning activities
Prepare and distribute communications
Develop dashboards and visual reports
