What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–10+ years of experience in project, program or PMO roles, Hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end innovation, transformation or portfolio initiatives, Experience owning PMO data quality, reporting cadence and execution dashboards, Experience setting up or scaling PMO structures, Understanding of stage-gate models, Understanding of innovation lifecycles, Understanding of launch readiness, Confident influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
Nice to Have
Experience with complex, cross-functional FMCG environments, Comfortable building structure where it does not yet exist, Bringing clarity and momentum to ambiguous situations
