You will provide insight and transparency across the portfolio, translating into actionable next steps to ensure delivery against the plan. You will be responsible for ensuring that our portfolio is prioritized for maximum value, risks are mitigated before they become issues, and delivery remains on track. Core Responsibilities 1. Transformation Insights & Executive Reporting Data-Driven Storytelling: Transform complex project data into high-level executive reports that highlight progress, budget health, and strategic alignment. Actionable Analysis: Move beyond "red/amber/green" status updates to provide deep-dive insights that help leadership make informed decisions. 2. Strategic Pipeline Management Resource Optimization: Lead rigorous pipeline reviews with Initiative Owners (IOs) to ensure talent and capital are allocated to the highest-priority work. Portfolio Balance: Maintain a balanced mix of "run," "grow," and "transform" initiatives, ensuring the organization isn't over-leveraged in any one area. 3.
