The Project Management Office (PMO) Manager is a strong, execution-oriented leader who can operate effectively in a matrixed enterprise level environment, balance competing priorities, and drive consistent results.  This role brings a practical, hands-on approach to delivery leadership, with the ability to both coach teams and intervene directly when needed to ensure successful outcomes.  ## Responsibilities The Project Management Office (PMO) Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution and delivery of project management services including team leadership, project oversight, performance tracking, and stakeholder communication. Ensures a broad spectrum of technical engagements are delivered in alignment with defined scope, schedule, and budget expectations established Effective communication with executive leadership and departmental teams to maintain efficient project execution, resource coordination, and consistent delivery outcomes. Direct supervision of a remote-based PMO team including Senior Project Managers, Projects Managers and Program Managers who each carry multiple on-going projects varying in size. Provide an example of strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with modeling adaptability to changing priorities while maintaining a consistent focus on delivering high-quality results.
