Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead the planning, definition, and execution of large-scale or multiple concurrent complex projects, ensuring alignment with release milestones, architecture, and environment readiness. Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, and delivery quality to ensure successful on-time and on-budget execution. Manage scope changes, assess impacts in collaboration with technical architects, and implement approved adjustments. Identify, track, and mitigate project risks including architectural dependencies, infrastructure constraints, and release readiness challenges. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of roles, deadlines, and deliverables across project streams. Serve as the primary point of contact for client-side project management and stakeholder engagement. Lead and mentor a small team of project managers, ensuring strong delivery governance and performance alignment. Support proposal development and solution shaping in collaboration with technical and architecture teams. Requirements: Extensive experience in program or portfolio management within complex, enterprise-scale environments. Proven leadership experience managing direct reports and leading project management teams. Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), release cycles, and project governance frameworks. Experience with risk management, including architectural and integration dependencies. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical architects and engineering teams. Proficiency with project management and tracking tools such as MS Project, Jira, and SharePoint. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Experience in release management, configuration, or infrastructure-aware environments is highly preferred.
