The role involves close collaboration with Real Estate leadership and the Strategy Team. ## ## **Key Responsibilities** * Establish PMO processes, governance, and reporting standards. * Manage the project portfolio including prioritisation, resource planning, and performance tracking. * Monitor project risks, issues, and progress; recommend corrective actions. * Drive process improvements and support capability-building across teams. * Provide regular dashboards and updates to stakeholders and leadership. * Coordinate with the Strategy Team to align projects with organisational objectives. ## **Key Requirements** * 8–10 years of project management experience, including PMO or complex project leadership. * Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.). * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. * PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred. * Ability to work on-site, 6 days a week. ## ## **Why Join Us?** Be part of a dynamic, high-impact function that supports strategic transformation and real estate excellence within JLL. **Location:** On-site –Bengaluru, KA **Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 48 If this job d
