The selected candidate will join the PMO Team and play a key role in supporting project and portfolio management activities. **The Role** The PMO Junior will be responsible for portfolio reporting, data collection and consolidation, updating project management templates and procedures, supporting during tender phase. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure the accurate and timely updating of all required reports and databases * Support continuous process improvement by defining, preparing, and maintaining policies, procedures, tools, and best practices related to project and portfolio management * Produce Project Management documentation and cost estimates in a timely manner for Tenders * Perform budget analysis and support financial evaluations **You are the right fit if you have/are:** * Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is considered a plus * Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field * Previous professional experience in PMO or similar function in EPCI/ Industrial Business environment, Consultant Service or Business Analyst * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel,…) as well as Power BI or similar tools * Green Belt, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification is a plus * Strong analytical skills, a keen interest in exploring new perspectives, and a proactive approach to driving improvements *
