Experience in project management tools, including JIRA and Confluence, Advanced expertise in Excel, experience with Power BI, Solid command of standard office productivity tools, especially PowerPoint, Ability to manage multiple systems, organizational and multitasking skills, Detail-oriented mindset, communication skills, Proficiency in French and English (mandatory)

ability to configure workflows, permissions, and process automations, complex formulas, data manipulation, reconciliation, building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, structure clear, concise, and executive‑level presentations, supporting operational teams through data management, reporting, and process coordination, update reference documents, extract relevant datasets, and ensure consistency across platforms, coordinate events, onboarding, and cross‑team activities, focus on accuracy, process reliability, and continuous improvement, collaborate with various stakeholders across RM, HR, Finance, and Business Units

Support RMs in preparing CESO materials
Extract files for Power BI reporting
Update reference documents
Prepare new joiners for the project
Support billing processes
Organize project visitor logistics
Automate operational and administrative processes
Update and format Power BI dashboards
Maintain and update project organizational chart
Prepare and support Welcome Day sessions
Organize events and seminars
Manage performance surveys
Maintain skill matrix
