About the Role The PMO Director at Yondr will lead the Project Management Office, overseeing a portfolio of hyperscale data center development projects across global regions. This executive role is pivotal in driving strategic alignment, standardizing project management practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of mission-critical infrastructure that supports high-performance computing, cloud services, and AI workloads. This position emphasizes scaling operations, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and optimizing processes to meet aggressive timelines and performance metrics in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The PMO Director will report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in enabling Yondr's growth as a leading hyperscale data center provider. Main Responsibilities / Define, implement, and maintain a standardized global project management methodology, including tools, templates, and procedures, to ensure consistent and high-quality project delivery across all regions. / Oversee the full lifecycle of a complex portfolio of hyperscale datacenter projects, from design and land acquisition to construction and commissioning, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. / Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers and PMO professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. / Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the global portfolio, providing data-driven insights on project health, risks, and resource
