What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years of experience in technical operations, project coordination, deployment coordination, program support, or a related infrastructure-focused environment, proficiency with AI productivity tools (e. g. , Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar), including prompt creation, output analysis, workflow automation, and practical business applications, Advanced Smartsheet experience, including formulas, workflows, cross-sheet references, dashboards, and scalable data organization, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical discussions into concise, executive-friendly summaries and documentation, Demonstrated process-oriented mindset with attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to continuous improvement, Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-trust team environment, Bachelor’s degree in a technical, operational, analytical, finance, accounting, or related field equivalent practical experience will also be considered
Nice to Have
complex technical or physical infrastructure exposure to data centers, network infrastructure, mission-critical environments, or deployment operations is highly preferred

Ensure project plans remain accurate
