What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in PMO, commercial operations, BI/reporting, or ePMO environments, Power BI dashboard development and data modelling capability, Experience with Power Automate workflow configuration, Advanced Excel skills including Power Query and Pivot Tables, process documentation and executive presentation skills
Nice to Have
Experience working within Telco or managed services environments highly regarded, Exposure to Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics advantageous
What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end invoicing operations including timesheet reconciliation
and invoice submissions
Build and configure Power BI dashboards covering portfolio financials
and delivery reporting
Develop Power Automate workflows to streamline reporting and commercial administration processes
Produce high-quality PowerPoint process documentation and operational guides for executive and offshore handover
Maintain structured templates
and SharePoint repositories aligned to ePMO governance standards
Deliver complete knowledge transfer and operational handover to offshore ePMO consultants by end of engagement
