Must Have
5–10 years of experience in PMO or Program Management support roles, Experience supporting HR and/or Finance transformation programs, Excellent stakeholder communication skills, Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
What You'll Do.
Oversee the implementation of new wage codes across specific countries to support the rollout of RSU and ESPP plans
Serve as the primary liaison between the local company payroll teams in their assigned regions and External Vendor
Introduce and onboard assigned companies
Monitor each company’s progress
Facilitate Problem Resolution
Act as the intermediary between company payroll teams and External Vendor
Receive queries from the companies and coordinate with External Vendor to get clarifications and solutions
Ensure that weekly country-specific calls are scheduled and attend these calls
Monitor External Vendor deliverables
Maintain a repository of questions and answers for each country
Conduct weekly progress review calls with the External vendor Point of Contact
Review any open issues
Collaborate with External team to build and maintain a country-level repository of common questions and answers
