Must Have
2–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, IT operations, or similar roles, Experience working with collaborative tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or other project management platforms, Experience working with data and reporting (Excel, dashboards, etc. ), organizational and analytical mindset, Ability to work with structured processes and handle multiple tasks, Good communication skills and comfort interacting with stakeholders across countries, Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
Nice to Have
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field, Fluency in English additional European languages

Support PMO processes rollout and maintenance
Maintain portfolio visibility
Ensure data accuracy across PMO tools
Assist in preparation of dashboards and reports
Support capacity management processes
Monitor team allocations and time-tracking
Produce capacity and resource utilization reports
Identify bottlenecks and resourcing risks
Assist in applying quality standards
Support adherence to best practices
Maintain operational health of PMO tools
Provide first-line support for users
Contribute to documentation and training materials
Help organize workshops and retrospectives
