As a leader in information management within our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) to support complex engineering and construction projects. Working within a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will contribute to advancing digital transformation and enhancing project performance across the organization. ## ## **Your role** * Leads strategic planning and execution of the PMIS implementation roadmap, including aligning the PMIS with the organization's business objectives and ensuring that it supports and enhances project management capabilities. * Ensures effective communication with all stakeholders, including senior project managers, senior management, and other users of the PMIS. * Gathers requirements, manages expectations, and ensures that the system meets user needs and adds value to the organization. * Develops and maintains reporting templates, formats, and standards. * Ensures integration of the PMIS with other enterprise systems and seamless data flow, enhancing overall operational efficiency. * Establishes strategies for data management, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security. * Conducts user training and manages any organizational changes that arise due to the implementation and use of the PMIS, helping the organization adapt to these changes. ## **About you** * Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information management, information technology, computer science, or a related field. * Minimum 10 years of industry experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. * Experience in developing and implementing data and document management strategies and processes for AEC projects. * Strong understanding of the AEC industry, including project life cycles, cons
