Demonstrated track record in proposal development, funding acquisitions and grant management for major government donors, Knowledge of WVI working systems, policies and standards, Training or certification in programme planning, monitoring and evaluation

What You'll Do.

Coordinate all PME processes

Support cluster and Area Programme Managers

Coordinate planning of baselines and evaluations

Review evaluation and baseline reports

Coordinate operation research processes

Provide technical support to staff

Conduct thorough reviews of reports

Compile Cluster/Area Programme monthly reports

Adapt or develop tools and methodologies

Ensure monitoring tools are contextualized

Critically test and review the tools

Provide consistent mentoring and supervision

Routinely verify monitoring data

Provide technical support to teams

Support cluster managers to use findings

Identify and communicate implications

Provide leadership at cluster level

Work with PME&A manager

Establish and maintain a database

Lead the roll out of Program Accountability Framework
