This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing domestic water, drainage, and plumbing infrastructure that directly impacts tenant comfort and building performance. You will work closely with the on‑site engineering and property management teams to ensure plumbing systems operate in compliance with code, safety standards, and JLL service expectations. **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of domestic water, sanitary sewer, venting, and storm drainage systems. * Troubleshoot and repair piping, valves, fixtures, pumps, water heaters, pressure regulators, and backflow preventers. * Support high‑rise plumbing systems, including vertical risers, pressure zones, booster pumps, and mechanical room equipment. * Respond to service requests and plumbing emergencies while minimizing disruption to building occupants. * Execute preventive maintenance tasks such as valve exercising, drain cleaning, pump testing, and fixture inspections. * Coordinate plumbing shutdowns, isolation, and restoration activities with engineering and property management teams. * Document completed work, inspections, and repairs in the comput
