The Technician – Plumber will have a strong focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment on all Plumbing and Mechanical Systems. Individuals are expected to demonstrate technical expertise in Plumbing maintenance and troubleshooting. The individual in this role must be available for call-in work and perform other duties as required. Some overtime is to be expected. Develop and maintain building and campus assets through proper maintenance. **Rotating Day Shift (5am-5pm)- 5% shift differential** **Rotating Night Shift (5pm-5am)- 20% shift differential** Your shift preferences can be discussed further during the interview process. **Key Responsibilities** : * Maintaining and repairing, reheat coils, all potable and non-potable water systems, fire pumps and sprinkler systems and other associated mechanical equipment. * Troubleshoot customer service calls for all potable and non-potable water systems inside our buildings. * Individual will partner with subject matter experts (SME) & Reliability servic
