Full Job Description
Plumber **Key Responsibilities:** * Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold-water supplies, sanitation systems, waste disposal systems, and central heating systems. * Fix and maintain piped services across client properties. * Maintain an inventory of plumbing materials and ensure supplies are available as needed. * Provide support to other staff members when required. * Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies. * Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Qualifications in City & Guilds 6089 NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Plumbing or higher. Unvented ticket. * Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and COSHH. * Possession of own hand tools. * Hold a full clean UK driving license. * Significant proven experience in plumbing * Participate in the on-call rota, nightshift pattern within the Maintenance Team during client occupations. * Ability to write reports & job sheets either manually or electronically.
