This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient facility operations. The role includes preventative maintenance, emergency response, blueprint interpretation, water heater installation and repair, vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate records of labor and materials. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, safety-conscious, able to work independently, and comfortable working in fast-paced, physically demanding environments, including nights, weekends, holidays, and event operations. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:** * Maintain, install, or repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water or drainage systems according to specifications or plumbing codes. * Provides professional customer satisfaction. * Test pipes to determine whether systems are working accurately. * Interprets and applies mechanical and structural blueprints to plan plumbing repairs and modifications. * Determine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders. * Maintain accurate records on material and labor used. * Performs job as scheduled and within budget. * Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean. * Respond to emergency calls as needed. * Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment. * Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. * Repair and install electric, and tankless water heaters. * Operate tools and equipment according to safety procedures. * All other duties as assigned. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATI
