We are seeking a self-motivated Plumber Assistant for our Preventative Maintenance and Electrical (PM&E) sections to include Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Performing a variety of semiskilled tasks with a primary focus in plumbing repairs and installation, preventative maintenance duties on pump stations (Lubrication, Strainers, Valves). Secondary responsibilities will include assisting electricians with running conduit, pulling wire, repairing lights, etc., assisting with preventative maintenance and repair duties with HVAC (Filters, Coil Cleaning, Lubrication, etc.) and any general park maintenance. • Performing other tasks as needed and m
