### **Job Title: PLM Windchill Test Automation Lead** ### **Location: Johnson Controls – Pune, India** ### **Experience Required: 5 + Years** ### **Department:IT Engineering Services** ### **Employment Type: Full-Time** ### **Position Overview:** Johnson Controls is seeking a highly experienced **PLM Windchill Test Automation Lead** to join our **IT Engineering Services** team in Pune. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our global PLM systems, with a focus on **Windchill PDMLink** and associated modules. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in test automation, leadership in QA strategy, and hands-on experience with Windchill implementations in a global enterprise environment. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the **test automation strategy** for Windchill PLM applications across multiple business units. * Develop and maintain **automation frameworks** using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, and REST Assured. * Collaborate with global teams in the US, EMEA, and APAC to align testing efforts with business goals. * Drive **automated regression testing** , integration testing, and performance validation for Windchill modules including PDMLink, MPMLink, and Change Management. * Integrate automated testing into **CI/CD pipelines** using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps. * Work closely with PLM architects, developers, and business analysts to ensure test coverage and defect resolution. * Provide **technical leadership** and mentorship to QA engineers in Pune and other global locations. * Participate in **Windchill upgrade and migration projects** , ensuring robust test coverage and minimal business disruption. * Maintain documentation for test plans, scripts, and execution results in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ALM. ### **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in **QA and test automation** , with at least 5 years focused on **Windchil
