What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years experience, High School Diploma or Equivalent, Electrical, PLC, Heavy Industrial Maintenance experience
Nice to Have
Associate degree, technical certificate, or recent completion of a trade school program in Industrial Automation, electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field, Entry-level candidates or recent graduates are encouraged to relevant internship, co-op, academic projects, or hands-on lab experience will be considered, Exposure to PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), including troubleshooting or programming through coursework, labs, or work experience, Allen Bradley a plus, Experience as a multi-craft technician, Experience in voltages up to 480 V, Experience with 3-phase 480 motors, Comfortable using amp/volt meters, Experience with working on equipment that were hydraulic and pneumatic driven, Experience with VFDs, Comfortable using schematics, Able to read and understand the logic, Make edits to PLCs, Troubleshoot PLCs, Prefer 3 years' of experience
