You will receive a best in class, total compensation package that provides a comprehensive benefits program with real financial value. ****What You Will Do**** * You will utilize Allen-Bradley PLCs to program and troubleshoot automated robotic and vision systems * You will modify and optimize existing PLC programs using IEC 61131-3 languages, with a focus on Ladder Diagram, for complex processes such as multi-station parallel processing and pick-and-place automation * You will oversee the ramp-up of manufacturing lines, including mechanical automation equipment, robotics, electromechanical systems, PLCs, motion control, and vision systems * You will high-speed motion control, using Keyence and/or Cognex and Variable Frequency Drives * You will work in a 480 VAC and 24 VDC system areas, and you will need to ensure “lock out, tag out” procedures are followed * You will create process standards that permit duplication of testing systems at different Valeo sites * You will work on cycle-time reduction to solve bottlenecks, bring savings and optimize investments * You will design and implement sophisticated in-house control architectures integrating multiple PLCs, sensors, actuators, and other automation components * You will perform benchmarking and market analysis in order to remain aware of last evolutio
