In this role, you’ll perform plating and cleaning operations, maintain chemical baths, and follow strict safety protocols. ### What you’ll do * Plate and clean components per process specifications, including degreasing and header, cover, and diode cleaning lines. * Prepare acid and alkaline solutions and maintain rinse waters daily. * Monitor and maintain process bath levels while adhering to safety procedures. * Perform housekeeping and administrative tasks, including maintaining logs for temperature, filter, and chemical usage. * Report issues to the process control lab and supervisor. * Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality and customer specifications. * Use micrometers, microscopes, and computers for measurements and documentation. * Perform equipment maintenance and keep work areas clean. ### What you need * High school diploma or GED (preferred). * Ability to read and comprehend instructions and short correspondence. * Basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Experience using micrometers, microscopes, and basic computer applications. * Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required
