What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-3 years of experience in infrastructure or platform support roles, 2+ years of hands-on experience with AKS, Docker, or Kubernetes environments, Familiarity with CLI tools, Git, and basic scripting or automation, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have
Experience with Azure PAAS services (e.g., APIM, ASE, Event Hub), Exposure to Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud monitoring tools, Understanding of cloud architecture and security principles, troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and customer-centric approach

As an Intermediate AKS Platform Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the reliability of our Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) platform and related cloud infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in cloud-native technologies while contributing to the stability and scalability of mission-critical systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployments, monitor performance, and implement improvements that align with our commitment to operational excellence.
