Experience in a Platform support role, Knowledge of the system life cycle, AWS Skillset (EKS, EC2, RDS etc), Excellent IT skills, Demonstrate high quality administrative and organisational skills, work ethic, willingness to learn and develop, desire to undertake additional responsibilities, Excellent communication skills, confidence to build relationships at all levels, Strives for service excellence, superb attention to detail, commitment to quality, Consistently meets service levels, takes personal ownership of work, prioritising and organising workload to meet tight deadlines, Able to work under pressure, manage needs and demands of various stakeholders, Solve challenges using own initiative to explore solutions
Nice to Have
Experience with Datadog for monitoring, alerting, and observability, Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure‑as‑code and cloud provisioning, Experience using Argo CD for continuous delivery and application deployment, Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including compute, storage, and networking concepts
